Overall Booking History Reporting & Analytics

In this video you will learn how to manage customer orders, send message, post updates and mark as complete when the order is shipped.

How Sales are reported

Step 1:  Sales are reported in real-time and credited to the day of sale

The sales are credited on the day the sale occurred. If a booking for next week is booked today, then the revenue and sale is credited for today and not for next week. Sales totaled in real-time and available to filter by today, yesterday, last 7 days, last 14 days and last 30 days.

Step 2:  Sales summary and Per Customer Reports

View the sales summary per item type on the main dashboard, or navigate to a customer detail page to view the specific sales data for that one customer.

Step 3:  Booking History & total Revenues

View the overall booking history and the booking history per customer, along with the payment status for each event. On the customer history page the total amount paid and total amount due is listed per item type.

The benefits of Sales Analytics

Sales analytics can be a valuable tool for a coaching business to improve their business in several ways. Here are some examples of how a coaching business could use sales analytics:

  1. Identifying trends: Sales analytics can help a coaching business identify trends in their sales data, such as patterns in the types of products or services that are selling well or poorly. This can help the business make informed decisions about which products or services to focus on or discontinue.

  2. Understanding customer behavior: Sales analytics can provide insights into customer behavior, such as how long it takes for customers to make a purchase or which marketing channels are most effective at driving sales. This can help the business optimize their marketing efforts and improve their conversion rates.

  3. Identifying opportunities for growth: Sales analytics can help a coaching business identify opportunities for growth by analyzing data on customer demographics, buying patterns, and market trends. For example, if a coaching business sees that a particular product or service is particularly popular among a certain demographic, they may want to consider expanding their offerings in that area.

  4. Improving sales forecasting: Sales analytics can be used to improve sales forecasting by analyzing past sales data and identifying trends that can be used to predict future sales. This can help a coaching business plan for the future and allocate resources more effectively.

  5. Optimizing pricing: Sales analytics can help a coaching business optimize their pricing by analyzing data on the impact of price changes on sales volume. This can help the business determine the optimal price point for their products or services.
